Facilitate data driven decision making by providing actionable insights based on analysis of marketing data from multiple sources, including digital platforms, CRM systems, GfK panel data, and other third-party tools.Analyse data to understand customer behaviour & preferences along user touchpoints, to identify marketing opportunities, and to measure the impact of marketing initiatives.Systematically gather competitor intelligence and provide recommendations.Tracking and evaluation of market share developments and deriving concrete measures from it.Develop and maintain dashboards for monitoring marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and consumer trends.Present findings to non-technical stakeholders through reports and visualizationsCollaborate with marketing teams responsible for offline and online touchpoints as well as sales to align data insights with business goals.Proven track record of using data to drive marketing success.Partner with IT department to enhance data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.QualificationsBackground: Completed university studies in business, economics, marketing, data science or a related field.Experience: At least 2-3 years working experience, preferably in the fields of marketing analytics, campaign analysis or ROI tracking.Personality: Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication skills to present data findings to diverse audiences.Working practice: Project management skills. Hands-on experience working with standard analytics tools, data visualization tools such a PowerBI. Knowledge of Google analytics.
