Global Marketing Director PET
**Job Description Summary** This role leads global marketing for the PET/CT business and is responsible for setting, communicating and delivering a growth & marketing strategy for the PET/CT business. This includes share gain, commercial activation of current/future new product introductions & installed based growth programs. This role will also develop deep qualitative & quantitative insights about the needs, wants and performance of customers, identify keys to success, align strategy execution across all geographies and drive marketing innovation. Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world. **Job Description** **Roles and Responsibilities:** Business Partnership, Growth and Marketing Strategy: + Develop of growth strategy and marketing plans, including value proposition, for PET/CT; Involves participation in the evaluation of market research, market positioning, promotions associated with the PET/CT business at a Global level, in partnership with the relevant product managers and the region marketing teams. + Define and develop the global marketing plan for the business, including value proposition, positioning, segmentation, marketing mix, and aligning marketing execution across all geographies and market segments. + Own global strategy for trade shows, show sites and customer visits for the PET/CT business. + Partner with Region Product Marketing and Learning & Development teams to enable product sales training programs for the Sales Specialists & Generalists + Drive share gain, successful commercial activation of current and future new product introductions (NPIs) and installed based growth programs. + Own and drive the Marketing Commercial Activation process for PET/CT in all product segments. + Interact with the necessary supporting functions to enable the success of global marketing plans including marketing communications and a digital strategy. Customer Insights: + Gain customer insights, understand customer wants, needs and problems; evaluate the portfolio versus customer needs / competitive actions to identify opportunities. + Develop deep qualitative & quantitative insights about the needs, wants and performance of customers, identifying keys to our success. + Create and drive a global segmentation strategy and processes to build stronger value propositions for the business market segments. + Interpret simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may impact the business. Competitive Intelligence & Portfolio: + Actively solicit and share competitive intelligence. + Create portfolio positioning, pricing & targeting to achieve market share growth. + Assess portfolio competitiveness globally across regions and segments, current and future anticipated states. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Biosciences or a related field. + 5+ years marketing/commercial experience with 3+ years of product marketing experience + 3+ years of experience in field or region product marketing experience, including product launch and/or pricing experience. + Knowledge of healthcare market + Fluent in English + Excellent project management skills. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. + Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and functions across a matrix organization + Strong oral and written communication skills. + Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. + Tenacity and persistence to overcome obstacles and deliver results **Desired Characteristics** + MBA, Master’s Degree in Marketing + Product Management or Sales experience + Experience running medical/customer/sales advisory boards + Financial acumen - budgeting, ROI calculations, basic finance understanding + Understanding of emerging marketing tools/trends & marketing automation + Ability to drive and implement change, including measuring and monitoring progress + Strong business acumen and organizational skills + Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a forward thinking and customer-first attitude + Establish and maintain positive work relationships with peers, management, and customers displaying willingness to understand diverse points * Preference will be given to candidates based in Israel GE HealthCare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator.
