The Global Marketing PMO Lead plays a pivotal role in orchestrating and supporting the acceleration and scaling of our global marketing capabilities to support our global regions. This individual will act as the central hub supporting the global capability hubs and the regions ensuring seamless execution across workstreams, and enabling cross-functional alignment to drive excellence at scale. As a strategic partner, this role requires a deep and broad breadth of marketing knowledge, a strong ability to hit the ground running, and an instinct for navigating complex global environments. The ideal candidate brings technical program management expertise, experience in implementation at scale, and a data-driven approach to optimizing marketing operations, resourcing, and execution. This role requires a dynamic problem solver with the ability to anticipate challenges, integrate best practices, and continuously enhance executional efficiency while ensuring all initiatives align with GM’s global marketing framework.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide strategic oversight supporting capability adoption globally, ensuring all workstreams are aligned with GM’s marketing priorities and business objectives.Drive collaboration and integration across global capability teams to accelerate initiatives, drive holistic integrated tools, insights that enable the brands growth initiative.Proactively identify interdependencies, risks, and roadblocks across marketing workstreams and lead solutions to remove barriers to execution.Develop insights-driven approaches to optimize marketing workflows, improving efficiency and impact.technical Program & Project Management

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree required. Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field preferred5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on operations, technical program management, or strategic marketing enablement, ideally within a global, matrixed organizationProven expertise in program and project management methodologies, with experience in leading complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives.Familiarity with program managing implementations for enterprise marketing and data platforms, such as: Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.Deep marketing knowledge across multiple disciplines (e.g. marketing performance, marketing technology, marketing tools, data, etc.) and the ability to connect insights and work within ambiguity.Strong analytical mindset with experience in using data and KPIs to inform decision-making and improve marketing performance.Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, strategic recommendations.Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining focus on business objectives.Experience with implementation of marketing initiatives, ensuring processes, capabilities, and systems are effectively integrated into daily operations.Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence, align, and drive accountability across stakeholders.Flexibility to work various hours in support of global teams across time zones.GM DOES NOT PROVIDE IMMIGRATION-RELATED SPONSORSHIP FOR THIS ROLE.
