The Opportunity
You will be joining a team of passionate marketers who will partner with the Near Patient Care (NPC) Customer Area lifecycle teams and affiliates to drive the development of promotional marketing strategies for key product launches as well as prioritized on-market products. You will be responsible to ensure that the integrated global product marketing strategy is developed, tested, delivered to affiliates and measured. You will run implementation across all channels as well as collaborate with respective stakeholders. You will own promotional content creation and creative execution. With a key focus on LumiraDx, you will collaborate closely with the other Global Marketing Managers within NPC pod and work across M&CI to ensure channel alignment. You will:
Serve as main point of accountability for marketing to the various Near Patient Care (NPC) lifecycle teams by partnering with the IBLs and IPMs
Serve as a strategic marketing consultant for the lifecycle team to ensure marketing execution is aligned with business priorities
Craft the promotional marketing strategy for Gold and Silver prioritized marketing initiatives (including communication plan, channel strategy, campaign mix, and tactical plan), define the content marketing strategy by customer segment, and leads the coordinated execution of derivables through the customer journey
Develop messaging and differentiated value proposition based on go-to-market strategy, competitive landscape, and current and future portfolio.
Lead squads that translate complex business strategies into measurable, customer-focused marketing programs that drive commercial impact
Provide strategic marketing leadership in alignment with the integrated marketing plan and in collaboration with the Network Leads, Integrated Marketing Managers, and Digital Marketing Marketers
Partner with Customer Areas, M&CI, functional stakeholders and affiliates to develop omnichannel marketing approaches that drive sales enablement
Help to establish standard marketing practices that make it easier for affiliates to use global materials
Establish, monitor and measure analytics (KPIs/OKRs) of marketing content/initiatives and leverages insights to improve marketing program effectiveness
Partner with brand managers to ensure brand consistency across marketing programs
Handle agencies and vendors to deliver quality outputs and handle costs to a defined budget
Lead strategic direction of events, trade shows, symposia, speaking engagements in support of Customer Area promotional activities in collaboration with Global Congresses & Events team
Ensure compliance with content review and approval process
Collaborate with Dia and Group Communications as needed to provide information on solutions, new product launches, press releases, media kits, investor relations content and other relevant announcements
Contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented culture and encourage others to be champions for change
Who You AreWe are looking for a professional with University degree in Marketing/Business and/or Sciences and 7+ years of relevant work experience in marketing or product management. You will bring:
Wide experience in medical device or diagnostics industry preferred
Demonstrated knowledge in point of care / NPC and ability to lead multiple projects with content expertise, specific experience in the near patient care space preferred
Profound experience and knowledge of LumiraDx. Having worked at LumiraDx previously is a plus
Experience leading multiple product marketing launches
Strong leadership, communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to work effectively across the organization
Ability to engage and influence cross-functionally within an organization
Strong project management skills
Expertise in omnichannel marketing
Strong experience in working with affiliates and regions to deploy marketing campaigns, and experience in affiliate marketing considered an asset
Proficiency analyzing marketing data/intelligence and applying it to a strategy
Creative, strategic and critical thinking skills
