Global Marketing Manager, BIB & SP
SUMMARY OF ROLE:
The Global Marketing Manager partners with cross-functional teams to develop impactful, innovative, and compelling messages for internal and external stakeholders focusing on the SIG brand and product value proposition.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in value proposition validation and development of message mapping and planning to support new product and program launches. Engage in creative concept development, writing, editing, and proofing through production and post-production phases of all communications to ensure consistency and adherence to strategic messaging, established goals, and timelines. Produce marketing materials and sales tools including presentations, email communications, print collateral, video, and internet-based sales tools. Manage relevant content to ensure websites are informative, up-to-date, and compelling, ensuring maximum response. Plan, manage, and participate in events such as trade shows, industry conferences, webinars. Assist in market sizing and research exercises as needed. Partner with regional marketing and commercial teams to create impactful messaging, educate on product line, and support in customer pitches and meetings where required. Support in presentation creation and messaging for Board of Directors and Group Executive Board as needed. Manage the SIG brand in all communications. Some international travel is required.YOU BRING THESE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited four-year academic institution.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience in the food and beverage industry (FMCG and/or foodservice) is a plus. Minimum 5-7 years’ related experience. Microsoft Office products required with proficient skill level in Excel and advanced skill level in PowerPoint. Working knowledge of internet-based marketing strategies and content development. Working knowledge of social media tools such as LinkedIn. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Working knowledge of CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
