Global Marketing Operations Lead
Job Description WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Insight Global is seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Marketing Operations Lead to join our team on behalf of one of our premier retail clients in the Pacific Northwest. We are looking for a motivated innovator who is a go getter, self-starter, organized, efficient, solutions oriented, and energized by teamwork and measurable results. This roles success is critical in navigating the matrix, building relationships, leadership within teams, and driving accountability. They will be responsible for driving clarity within our seasonal workstreams, and ensuring expectations and outcomes are clear. This is a highly visible role that will need to effectively communicate across many layers of the organization simultaneously. The ideal candidate needs to have the skill to make quick and accurate decisions and communicate them across functions, acting as the Operations quarterback that team members can count on. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON: As the Global Marketing Operations Lead, you manage and lead the executional process as a critical partner within the integrated team, bringing the clients brand to life. You are an expert in building project plans within scope, streamlining processes, understanding and utilizing the right tools, and managing project workflow all while balancing strategic priorities vs. tactical needs to execute on time and within budget. You will be the one source of truth across multiple data points and information. No project is created equal, but you will use your years of experience and expertise to advance the work and the overall success of the project on a day-to-day basis. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH: This role will report directly to the Global Director of Operations of Mens and work closely with Brand Marketing, Marketing Functions (digital, media, creative, retail), Cross-Functional Operations, Planning, Geos, and other internal Business partners. You will be part of a Marketing Operations team and will partner with the Director of Global Marketing Operations, Mens for guidance as you learn and grow in your experience. You are a key Marketing Operations partner to the function of Brand Marketing. Skills and Requirements WHAT YOU BRING: The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications: Minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience in operations, marketing, or project management. Production experience is preferred. Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training. Ability to manage oversight of multiple projects and prioritization of the business to strategy. Delivers operations expertise, bringing new, innovative trends and thinking to the team. Holds teams to aligned timelines, budgets, scope, and production to ensure on time delivery and elevates risk and opportunities when they arise. Ability to define a clear path for success on complex projects and pivot within tight timelines. Strong problem solver who is agile, resilient, forward thinking, and empathetic.
