Our team is looking for a Global Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing team in the Global Business Unit Pharma Solutions. You'll work cross-collaboratively with the marketing, sales and digitalization teams to leverage data for strategic planning and execution, with the aim to develop and progress a sustainable opportunity pipeline. You’ll use technology and data to improve our targeted marketing efforts to create a more personalized experience for current customers and to attract new prospects for business development. You will focus on optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing processes, technology and metrics.

+ Campaign Execution and Optimization
+ Align with stakeholders to define campaign targets and timelines based on business priorities
+ Create campaign targeting lists and streamline process to capture leads from events, website, marketing automation platform and other marketing channels
+ Continuously analyze performance data to optimize campaigns for improved engagement and conversion rates
+ Lead and Opportunity Pipeline Management
+ Work closely with sales to ensure an effective lead development and hand-off process that maximizes marketing ROI
+ Support the development and forecasting of lead and pipeline targets, setting marketing KPIs to align with revenue goals
+ Data Management and Reporting
+ Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track marketing performance metrics, evaluate results and provide actionable insights for optimization and growth
+ Interface with Strategic Marketing, Technical Marketing and Market Intelligence to derive trends and actionable insights from customer data to inform strategy and decision-making and share data-based insights on opportunities, markets and regions
+ Maintain data integrity across all marketing systems and develop automated solutions for data standardization and enrichment
+ Work closely with legal and data privacy teams to ensure compliance with data privacy and consent laws and to maintain appropriate consent statements for all marketing channels
+ Process Improvement
+ Analyze and refine lead scoring model and lead management process to surface the most optimal leads for sales outreach; utilize AI solutions to predict likelihood of conversion
+ Ensure effective utilization of Salesforce and other platforms to support marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, and lead management processes
+ Act as an expert advisor regarding use of marketing technologies, including implementation of AI and other solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness of marketing
**If you...**
+ Have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, business administration or similar
+ 5+ years of marketing operations experience, preferably in B2B, with a deep understanding of the marketing pipeline, channels and strategies; strong analytical skills and experience utilizing data as the foundation of actionable insights; experience with marketing analytics models
+ Expert use of CRM (Salesforce preferred) with experience that includes managing marketing campaigns and opportunity pipeline management and analysis
+ Expert use of Excel, Power BI and/or similar reporting tools
+ Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders globally and across functions and build strong relationships across teams
