Global Marketing Senior Coordinator – Health Care

What You'll Do

As a Global Marketing Senior Coordinator within BCG’s Health Care Practice you will play a key role in supporting the execution of the marketing strategy and go-to-market projects that promote our programs and offerings, boost the profile of our experts, engage with our target audiences, and communicate our differentiated value proposition in the market.

 

You will be fully responsible for the preparation and execution of a suite of a complex suite of PA marketing activities across the full suite of internal and external marketing and communication activities and channels, in close collaboration with the, Global Marketing Senior Director, the Global Marketing Manager, the PA leadership team and the global and local marketing teams.

 

Key responsibilities:
Events - Support the Health Care “Seat at the table” (SATT) activities and invitation processes for conferences, events and roundtables; partner with global and local teams to support our event portfolio for third party events

 

Social Media - Develop content for social media channels, mainly for the Health Care LinkedIn programs. Shape strategy for optimizing follower growth and engagement in partnership with other BCG global channels (paid, earned, organic).

 

Content Pipeline - Manage the content plan (themes, topics) and derive and manage a pipeline that ties to Health Care’s IP and commercial priorities, working in close partnership with Senior Marketing Director and Marketing Manager

 

Internal communications - Manage internal communication activities to BCG audiences through marketing newsletters and ad-hoc communications; ability to create strong first drafts of communications independently

 

Marketing plan roll out and activation - create internal communications for publication launches, work with internal partners to coordinate activities, and drive to completion or monitor progress

 

CRM/Data - manage the CRM for the Practice Area, ensuring updated client lists in the database and top Health Care client information

 

Reporting – Support PA marketing Leaders with preparation of analysis and materials for leadership team meetings and other internal forums (e.g. tracking publication performance, social media performance, internal communications effectiveness)

 

Other - Partner with BCG global marketing, editorial and media teams to drive innovation and ensure Health Care’s presence on global platforms, channels, and events



What You'll Bring

4-6+ years relevant experience in marketing, particularly on social media, internal communications, website management, events coordination, data and analyticsBachelor’s degreeDemonstrated ability to self-manage, strong project management, and organization skillsAbility to handle defined work area, process or smaller project with minimal guidance (sourcing, learning programs, etc.)Ability to make independent decisions within existing guidelinesExcellent execution/ organizational/ communication skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven analytical capabilities and out-the-boxHighly professional, service oriented, pro-active and flexible attitudeAbility to work in fast paced environment with team mates across multiple time zones and teamsMust be comfortable in virtual environment and most of team may not be co-locatedGrowth mindset and dedication to learning and upskillingAbility to perform under pressure and demonstrate presence and maturity even in stressful situationsAdvanced proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel Strong MS Office skills, particularly on in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Sprinklr, Canva, and Adobe a plus
