Global Marketing Strategist – HP Solutions

We are looking for a senior Global Marketing Strategist with 7+ years of B2B Marketing experience to position HP Solutions as the go-to provider of comprehensive employee IT solutions. This role will drive awareness and consideration among senior IT leaders at enterprise organizations. You will position HP Solutions’ portfolio of services, software, and solutions, moving beyond our established reputation in PC and Print hardware.
As a strategic leader, you will shape and refine HP Solutions’ value proposition and collaborate across the teams to activate the vision through thought leadership, events, analyst and media engagement, and executive enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute global marketing communication strategies to position HP Solutions as a leader in IT services and solutions.Craft value propositions and messaging to resonate with senior IT decision-makers.Oversee the execution of thought leadership programs, industry events, and executive enablement programs.Exercise leadership in the creative development of content, events, and customer advocacy programs.Develop and foster executive-level relationships and serve as a trusted advisor with internal and external stakeholders.Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.Professional Experience:7+ years of B2B marketing/communications experience5+ years in IT Services/Software3+ years in global marketing rolesKnowledge & Skills
Expertise in developing and executing B2B marketing strategies.Strong understanding of the IT solutions landscape and industry trends.Proven experience in designing and executing thought leadership programsExtensive skills in messaging and value proposition development.Exceptional writing, presentation, and communication skills.Experience leading large-scale events and industry trade shows is desirable.Experience in agency or consulting environments is desirable.Ability to manage complexity, working across multiple key stakeholders and leading by influence.Why HP Solutions?

The base pay range for this role is $136,850 to $210,750 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
