Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Global Marketplace Activation + Growth Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of digital ecommerce while contributing to exciting projects and brand growth. The Global Marketplace Activation + Growth Manager is responsible for driving the Kate Somerville business across global online marketplaces, including Amazon and Walmart through on and off-platform paid media. This role will lead go-to-market strategies, oversee digital asset briefing and deployment and ensure seamless development and execution of paid media and promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and adept at cross-functional collaboration to drive marketplace performance and launch new products successfully. Success in this role will require developing and maintaining productive cross-functional partnerships internally and with external partners. Key Responsibilities: Marketplace Management + Strategy + Manage daily marketplace operations on Amazon Seller Central in collaboration with agency, ensuring smooth execution of product listings, pricing maintenance, inventory, and fulfillment. + Work collaboratively with Customer Service team in identifying and funneling customer communications for resolution. + Responsible for planning and executing all marketplace promotional activities, working closely with the agency to ensure flawless go-to-market, performance tracking, reporting and optimization. + Ensure all new product setup information is delivered to the agency on time and that listings are optimized for visibility and conversion prior to market launch dates and/or promotional activations. + Responsible for full brand store, PDP and brand content QA. + Monitor Buy Box percentage and ensure price matching strategy occurs in real time. + Collaborate with the Amazon SAS resource and Amazon Agency on executing upon defined strategy and planning. + Manage all aspects of Affiliate Marketing channels including but not limited to Amazon Creator Connections, Shop My, PepperJam, Awin, etc. + Maintain marketplace activation calendar. Creative Asset Management + Oversee the briefing process, development and delivery of all digital assets, including Amazon storefront, PDP, paid media assets and UGC/influencer content ensuring brand consistency and global messaging alignment. + Lead campaign creative briefings with internal teams (Creative, Influencer, and Social) to develop compelling assets for marketplace and media activations. + Traffic all creative assets for paid media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery to media partners and agencies. + Ensure proper flighting of campaign messaging within designated windows. Performance Tracking + Optimization + Report on paid media campaigns. + Develop and maintain relationships with paid media agencies. + Analyze marketplace data, sales trends, and ad performance to identify opportunities for growth and increased efficiency. + Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve conversions, ROAS, customer acquisition and other KPIs within marketplaces. + Stay up-to-date and report on new features, Beta testing opportunities, industry trends, marketplace algorithm changes, and innovations to keep the brand ahead of the competition. Qualifications + Skills + 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, marketplace management, or a related field, preferably within luxury beauty or fashion. + Proven expertise in Amazon Seller Central and experience managing promotions, content, and performance analytics. + Strong understanding of paid media campaigns, including trafficking creative assets and working with media agencies. + Experience overseeing digital asset development, including PDPs, influencer/UGC content, and paid media creative. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights. + Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. + Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally across creative, digital, and e-commerce teams. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience with other global marketplaces (e.g., Tmall, etc.). + Understanding of influencer marketing and social commerce strategies. + Proficiency in analytics tools such as Amazon Brand Analytics, Google Analytics, and third-party eCommerce dashboards. + Passion for the prestige beauty industry and a deep understanding of brand positioning in digital and marketplace environments. + Agency experience is a plus. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
