Global Master Black Belt
Sensata Technologies, Inc.
The primary purpose of the position is to develop training curriculum and implement training programs for Green Belts and Black Belts. In addition, this position will coach Green Belts and Black Belts™ to guide them on their Six Sigma projects as well as upgrade their technical knowledge. A secondary purpose is to conduct Six Sigma DMAIC and DFSS projects and to work with various Black Belts to coordinate and manage multiple projects in a same business area and large cross- functional Six Sigma initiatives. Master Black Belts™ are responsible for understanding and propagating Six Sigma methodology, mathematics and statistical tools and translate theory into targeted applications. The position is accountable for developing, preparing and conducting Six Sigma training classes and coaching Green Belts and Black Belts. The assignment is a minimum of 3 Yrs. in length.
# Primary Functions/Responsibilities
+ Develop and deliver training to various levels of the organization.
+ Scope Projects.
+ Assist in Awareness throughout the organization.
+ Assist in the identification of large cross functional projects
+ Mentor, coach and support Green Belts and Black Belts™ in project work Participate in project reviews to offer technical expertise
+ Prepare/upgrade technical information Teach and certify Green Belts and Black Belts™ Recruit Green Belts™
+ Develop new tools or modify existing tools for applications Facilitate sharing of best practices across the organization
+ Expert in statistical tools (DOE, ANOVA, MSA, SPC, FMEA, CEM, Regression etc) Support the sustainability through training others in DFSS Methodologies.
