**Role Responsibilities:**
_About this Role_
_We are seeking a Global Master Data Quality Manager - HR Master Data to take ownership of data quality initiatives in the HR domain. This role requires expertise in HR master data management, data lineage, and a strong understanding of global HR processes. As a key leader in our data quality efforts, you will establish robust data governance practices, enforce data quality standards, and work collaboratively with HR Department, IT Department (HR Applications), and business and functional teams to ensure accurate, consistent, and compliant HR data for Diageo._
_Key Responsibilities_
_Data Quality Leadership - Lead and be responsible for all data quality management activities related to HR master data, ensuring compliance with global standards and policies._
_Rule Development - Define, implement, and enforce data quality rules, standards, and metrics for HR data, such as employee records, organizational structures, and payroll information._
_Root Cause Analysis - Identify and resolve data quality issues through detailed analysis, working closely with HR, and IT teams to implement corrective actions._
_Data Cleansing and Validation - Design and implement workflows for data cleansing, validation, and ongoing monitoring to uphold data integrity and reliability._
_Migration Support - Guide in HR data migration and transformation efforts during system implementations, upgrades, and integrations._
_Governance and Compliance - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to HR data governance practices and compliance with organizational and legal standards._
_Training and Awareness - Develop training materials and conduct sessions to promote data quality awareness and best practices within HR and related functions._
_Stakeholder Management and key interfaces_
_Reports into Global Master Data Quality Lead_
_Head of all regions, functional process leads, and functional COE’s_
_Third party service providers_
_Auditors (Internal and External Audits)_
_Skills and Experience_
_Qualified HR Master Data Specialist - Expertise in HR Master Data, including data governance and data quality management._
_Industry Expertise - Experience working specifically with FMCG/CPG products, demonstrating an understanding of industry-specific challenges and needs._
_Technical Proficiency -_
_Operational knowledge of SAP S4 HANA and Ariba._
_Extensive experience with SAP MDG, particularly for HR Master Data._
_Data Analytics and Problem-Solving - Strong analytical skills to identify, address, and resolve data-related challenges, enhancing efficiencies in master data management._
_Process and Business Insights - Deep understanding of business processes and the ability to align master data practices with organizational goals._
_Master Data Management Operations - Prior experience or exposure to Master Data Management (MDM) operations, showcasing an ability to streamline and optimize data workflows._
_Professional Qualification / Experience_
_Demonstrable experience in HR master data management, data quality, or a related field._
_Solid understanding of HR processes, including employee lifecycle, organizational hierarchies, and payroll systems._
_Familiarity with global data governance frameworks and tools for monitoring and improving data quality._
_Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders._
_Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous approach._
_Good communication and documentation skills to develop and present data quality strategies and training materials._
_Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field._
_Overall experience: 6+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2+ years in HR Master Data_
_Strong expertise in HR domain processes or equivalent process such as talent acquisition, payroll, and employee lifecycle management._
