Global Master Data Specialist (SCM)
Key responsibilities The vacant position involves contributing to the development and implementation of global and strategic master data concepts. The role includes cooperation with various committees and departments, such as IAM (Integrated Assurance Management), BaSC (Board and Structure Changes), and BSC (Business Service Center) in Cluj, Romania. The position serves as a contact person for the supported plants (currently Sleeves business) in all regions globally. Participation in regular online meetings is a prerequisite for the role. Daily tasks include both basic and detailed maintenance of master data. Flexibility is required to support other areas of the Global Supply Chain team as needed.
You bring these skills, experience & education
Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Information Systems (IS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science (CS), Data Science, Business Administration (with a concentration in Information Systems or Data Management), Information Technology (IT), Data Management and Analytics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
Alternatively, a comparable education that aligns with this profile.
Experience working with SAP, particularly in the area of MM (Materials Management), and preferably with MDG (Master Data Governance).
Experience in collaborating on projects related to efficient and sustainable data structures.
Experience in processing mass data.
Language skills: German at a native speaker level and fluent in spoken and written English
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SAP MM (preferably MDG as well). Familiarity with Microsoft 365. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Tools.
