Essential skills/experience:Masters degree with 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Medical, Marketing, R&D, Market Access roles), or experience working within a relevant health system setting (clinical, pharmacy, pathway design, etc.)Demonstration of strategic and medical leadership prowess pre- and post- product launch, including ability to define evidence needs, create compelling scientific narratives & strategy, influence & mobilize othersExperience/expertise in CVRM therapy areasDesirable for the role:Doctoral level degree: MD, PhD, or PharmDStrong working relationships with global clinical thought leaders, professional societies and other healthcare industries/organizationsExperience of delivering results in a complex environmentExperience launching new products or indicationsProven ability to build internal and external networks and to collaborateEvidence generation experience—working on clinical trials or real-world evidence programsWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines. *The annual base pay for this position ranges from $193k to $289K. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
