**Global Medical Digital Health Technologies, Senior Manager**
**What you will do**

In this vital role, the Global Medical Digital Health Technologies Senior Manager will be the single point of Global accountability for delivering on defined Medical Digital Health Technology priorities. The Senior Manager drives strategy and execution, including process alignment across geographies, standardization, identifying and implementing solutions where needed in alignment with OCMO prioritized agenda.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the Medical Digital Health Technologies capability build
+ Execute strategies that maximize the value proposition of Amgen's therapies, including enhanced HCP segmentation tools, digital prioritization, digital content transformation, omnichannel execution, and driving action from insights
+ Ensure alignment to governance, process and training
+ In alignment with other cross functional global capabilities, establish, ensure or implement consistent and efficient procedures, systems and infrastructure. Partner with appropriate teams to identify and implement appropriate local solutions
+ Partner with Global Learning and Performance and Knowledge Management teams to ensure training supports capability build locally
+ Develop, maintain, and cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional/geographic colleagues. Enhance collaboration and create strong links with global/local teams; understand regulatory, compliance landscapes of specific geography
+ Ensure broad and deep collaboration with local stakeholders to contribute to / inform and execute strategies
+ Ensure Global/Local input and alignment to strategy, plans, and process, as appropriate to meet program goals on time and within budget
+ Champion initiatives and ideas from local to Global; driving annual objectives and metrics (quantitative and qualitative) for performance and medical value as appropriate to the solution
+ Contribute to developing global organizational strategies for successful implementation of role and programs
+ Motivate and engage Medical Change Agents and local teams to adopt change
+ Member and strategic representation of relevant leadership, governance and cross-functional teams
+ Ensure conduct of all activities in full compliance of all globally applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures
+ Utilize global infrastructure for tracking, measuring and evaluating performance and ensure continuous performance improvement

**Basic Qualifications:**
Doctorate degree and 2 years of experience in medical affairs and the application of digital health technologies
Or
Master's degree and 4 years of experience in medical affairs and the application of digital health technologies
Or
Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience in medical affairs and the application of digital health technologies
Or
Associate's degree and 10 years of experience in medical affairs and the application of digital health technologies
Or
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience in medical affairs and the application of digital health technologies

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
