Global Medical Lead Women in Childbearing Age (WoCBA) & New Populations

We are looking for a Global Medical Lead specializing in Women of Child-Bearing Age (WoCBA) and New Populations to join us in our Global Immunology medical team, based preferably in our global headquarters in Brussels, Belgium, or Slough, UK (preferred) or alternatively Atlanta, US. .

 

About the role 

As the Global Medical Lead for WoCBA and New Populations, you will provide medical expertise and leadership to drive appropriate adoption of existing and new solutions and improve the standard of care in special disease populations.

 

Who you’ll work with 

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, leaders within Patient Evidence and Patient Solutions, and other population medical leads to ensure alignment and exploit synergies in medical deliverables.

 

What you’ll do 

• Develop and maintain profound knowledge of WoCBA and other special patient populations 

• Contribute to the development of global rheumatology medical strategy and medical plan 

• Drive timely execution of medical tactics and deliverables 

• Lead globally led research collaborations and cross-indication workstreams in relation to LCM activities 

• Provide medical leadership for early-stage projects in Patient Solutions within Candidate Teams

• Support regional and local Medical Affairs teams

 

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills 

• 5+ years of Medical Affairs experience in the pharma industry 

• Expertise in Immunology disease area (Rheumatology or Dermatology) 

• Experience working in a cross-functional and matrixed environment 

• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data and translate science into meaningful strategies 

• Track record of contributing to medical strategy development 

• Good communication skills, ability to simplify complexity
