**Position Summary**
_Provides operational support for delivery of Global Mobility programs and processes across multiple countries supported by the Global Mobility CoS. The position holder takes overall ownership of assignment/transfer cases, foresees developments and steers pro-actively the transfer and involves all parties. He/she fosters the required information flow and necessary internal and external adjustments in the processes and services as well as timely decisions. He/she prepares packages & conditions for the future expatriate, explain international mobiliy policies, and coordinates the transfer. He/she build effective relationship with the clients (markets, businesses)._
**A day in the life of...**
+ Preparation, communication and implementation of expat compensation packages in line with the applicable policies, guidelines and processes. He/she counsels and supports the Assignee/Transferee in all questions around the applicable mobility policy as well as the mobility processes and service. In addition, he/she is the main contact for all involved parties to ensure supportive, efficient and smooth services. The Global Mobility Specialist will ensure a consistent application and execution of Nestlé’s Global Mobility policies. For any local specialties, he/she works closely together with the respective local parties involved. All transfer-related documents are prepared at the highest quality and stored as described in the different processes' check lists **.**
+ Key contact for the expatriate and the markets throughout the expatriate lifecycle: ensuring flawless coordination of all types of international mobility processes, coordinates and tracks all services during the entire assignment life cycle and keep all parties proactively about status informed.
+ Working in collaboration with internal & external stakeholders: ex. vendors, local teams. Respectful and trusted partnership with all stakeholders and providers participating in the international mobility process to ensure efficiency throughout the international mobility process. Act as a point of escalation.
+ Act as project manager or contributor to continuous improvement projects, deployment of new systems, processes, integration of new vendors or implementation of policies.
+ Preparation of reports for the Strategic KPIs and Statistics related to Global Mobility for the Business to use in problem solving and decision-making. Enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness and track process related KPIs
+ Super user of Global Mobility management software. Provide training to team member and market global mobility team. Ensure appropriate update of the system and proper use.
+ Ensure full compliance in the Global Mobility area, including meeting internal controls as well as external tax, social security, immigration and labour laws.
+ Liaise with Markets and Effectively track the Global Mobility costs per employee. Track Global Mobility exception and ensure execution of process.

+ Graduate of a bachelors degree with good scholastic records

+ With good interpersonal skills and can work with minimum supervision
+ Can work in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment, able to handle pressures and demands from multiple customers and competing priorities

+ System and process-oriented with the ability to identify critical issues
+ With average written & verbal communication skills in English
+ Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
+ Knowledge in Assignment Pro is an advantage but not a must
