About the Opportunity 

Amentum are recruiting for a Global Mobility Analyst to support the support to internal and external parties engaged in the coordination of our  non-US expatriate workforce. You will join the HR Global Delivery Organization (GDO International) team and in this role you'll closely cooperate with colleagues from Poland, UK, USA and other countries. Key responsibilities will be\: 

Provide ongoing administrative and transactional support to internal and external parties engaged in coordination of our  non-US expatriate workforce only.   Responsible for data entry and administration of Assignment Management System (i.e., AssignmentPro) on a regular basis including entering expatriate assignment details, drafting/editing expatriate assignment documents for Global Mobility Consultant review, updating Project Entitlements/Policy Benefits in system.   Executing a documented workflow for processing international assignment lifecycle in AssignmentPro ecosystem, which entails issuing electronic notifications to internal stakeholders and external vendors.   Respond to basic questions on global mobility procedures and practices via multiple channels (e.g., e-mail, service now system, assignment management system); based on written scripts, published Knowledge Center articles and guidance from Global Mobility partners. Provide status updates, guidance, and information to customers, key stakeholders, and peers within the HR functional area team(s) to ensure case resolution. Integrate effectively with other Global Mobility members to execute tasks and fulfil key deliverables within the HR functional area(s). Collaborate efficiently with team members under the Global Delivery Organization (GDO) structure, seeking assistance as needed and providing input on expat-related allowance/payroll/expense topics. Ensure high-quality standards for all activities, initiatives, and tasks within the designated functional area(s) of responsibility. Adhere to all service level agreements (SLAs) established by the HR functional area(s) and team(s). Recommend process improvements to management and participates in the various projects related to improvement of the Global Mobility processes. *

Here's What You'll Need

At least 1-2 years of experience within global mobility and/or international HR area. Excellent spoken and written English. Detail-oriented. Capacity to manage fluctuating case loads. General business acumen, demonstrated analytical and creative thinking ability. Must have global/multicultural focus, sensitivities, and adaptability. Ability to successfully navigate through multiple competing and changing priorities. Continuous improvement mindset. Exceptional time management, verbal and written communication skills. Able to maintain confidentiality, work in a team environment and be customer service oriented. Ability to ensure appropriate and efficient case resolution. Prior experience with Topia, Assignment Pro Technology or Oracle would be an asset.
