What You'll Do

 

The Global Mobility Intern will assist the geographically dispersed Global Mobility team, primarily working with and supporting Superusers for the technology platform (AssignmentPro). In addition to supporting the tech platform, you will be an “efficiency champion” helping the team use technology, including responsible AI, to streamline operational support of mobility offerings. BCG’s Global Mobility Team helps move valuable resources to ensure we provide our clients with the best talent available. We aim to do so by using state-of-the-art technology with the user experience front of mind.

 

Responsibilities for this Intern will provide growth opportunities in three areas:

 

Technical acumen and experience in Agile ways of working:

Assisting with change requests for AssignmentProContributing to designing solutions and testing to evaluate usabilityImplementing enhancementsEnsuring appropriate documentation is in place to preserve history and enable users to self- serve

 

Data analysis and reporting:

Improving data integrity through audit processesSupporting the reporting function with improvements to current reports and dashboardsTrouble shooting data inconsistencies or reporting anomaliesCost of living and other data analysis

 

Operational efficiency:

Providing support to automate and modernize processes and deliverablesAuthorizing vendor servicesUsing the technology platform to produce secondment and transfer letters

What You'll Bring

Course work in Business Administration or International Business. Information Technology and Computer Science is a plusStrong academic performance and prior work/internship experienceExperience with data analytics and reportingAbility to work on multiple projects or assignment at a timeStrong MS Excel and PowerPoint skillsCuriosity for digital products and system design. SQL, HTML knowledge a plus

Who You'll Work With

This position is a member of the Global Mobility and Staffing Team, which falls under the direction of BCG’s People Leadership Team. This role will be part of our team in Boston but you will work on a daily basis with colleagues based in Boston, London and New Delhi as well as stakeholders in many of BCG’s global offices.
