The Global Mobility Program Administrator will support the implementation of the new Global Mobility Center of Excellence (COE) operations, with a primary focus on program analytics, and global finance reporting. This role involves collaborating with global internal and external vendor teams to develop and enhance mobility finance reporting and payment processes, as well as overseeing ongoing assignment/relocation budget reconciliation and global program analytics.
This position is part of the Corporate Total Rewards Team with preference to be located onsite in our Washington, DC office, though a remote work arrangement may be considered.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Manage mobility program data and financial reporting activities, including invoicing, budget reconciliations, and tax reporting, in coordination with global teams.
+ Provide project management support for ad hoc mobility projects, including vendor reviews and technology enhancements.
+ Assist with HR M&A transition activities, collaborating with global teams to ensure smooth integration.
+ Support internal survey and vendor management, including SLA tracking, monitoring, and service evaluations, in coordination with global teams.
+ Conduct HR compliance reporting and audits by analyzing large data sets from Workday and third-party vendors, presenting clear, concise summaries.
+ Collaborate with global teams to optimize processes and ensure effective program administration.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years previous experience in Corporate Global Mobility operations, data and analytics, finance/budgeting, invoicing, and payroll.
+ Previous experience in project and /or process management.
+ Proficient in Workday and third-party mobility technology integrations, and relevant API’s. Reporting and analysis of large data sets with advanced Excel skills.
+ Experience working on global projects that involve multiple teams across geographies/time zones.
+ Schedule flexibility to meet domestic and global needs.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: i
+ Ability to travel – 5% travel overnight and domestically or internationally per business needs.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Miro, Timberscan, Olympus
The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $115,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
