Responsibilities Make an impact Supporting the International Assignments Department Augsburg concerning administrative activities related to the assignments abroad, setting up miscellaneous letters on request such as invitation letters, support letters, employment confirmation letters, preparation of certificates such as confirmations with reard to the international health insurance, setting up letters on request for the tax authorities, preparations of letters for the payment of the reference salary for Switzerland based on the posted worker notifications, preparation of payment instructions to the Accounting Department, preparation of employment references in German with technical support from the reference generator, clarification with the line manager in the event of incomplete evaluation of the appraisal form, contact person for queries regarding the content of the reference created. Application Requirements What you need to succeed Education in the field of business administration or similar, at least 2 years of experience in international assignments or global mobility, very good English and German skills both written and spoken, knowledge of SAP HR, MS Office, reliable, motivated and swift way of working, good communication skills.
