You will support the creation of the strategy for, and execute the development of new evidence that supports MR product value propositions as a team leader
You will serve as a resource for global GE HealthCare MR teams, coaching others to achieve excellent image quality and commercial marketing collaterals across all GE HealthCare MR products.
You will be responsible and expected to have the experience and judgement to work with limited supervision on a variety of assigned tasks, synthesizing inputs from internal and external sources. These tasks may include new products, projects, initiatives, campaigns, processes or other customers.
You will follow applicable GE HealthCare QMS and Compliance procedures while undertaking both Non-Research and Research scanning.
You will follow all applicable QMS Procedures and Policies governing the assigned work areas.
Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a technical or Clinical field with 7 years’ experience in MR technology or Clinical MR or High School Diploma with 11 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing or Clinical MR.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience as MR Technologist in a clinical, product development or clinical sales setting.
Proficient level knowledge of DICOM theory and commercial PACS products—including managing clinical images/exams and transferring data
Demonstrated ability to execute technical projects and deliverables.
Intermediate level knowledge on the clinical use of GE HealthCare MR & Advanced Visualization software and systems, including current knowledge of the operation and use of GE HealthCare MR systems.
Familiarity with competitive products.
Demonstrated ability to educate others in complex topics, including MR technology and product features.
Be on-site at the MR Headquarters in Waukesha, Wisconsin no less than 3 days per week.
Desired CharacteristicsDemonstrated knowledge of globally diverse customer workflows and practices.
Post-baccalaureate degree (Master’s or Doctorate) in Physics, Medical Physics, Biomedical Engineering, MR Imaging or related field.
Experience with GE HealthCare Engineering Product Design Methodology (PRD) and Commercialization (NCA) processes.
Direct Commercial (Sales) experience in a Medical Imaging setting.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
Ability to speak multiple languages with professional and clinical proficiency.
