Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven IT Project Manager to oversee end to end technology-focused projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a good understanding of IT systems and experience managing cross-functional teams and third parties involvement to deliver successful outcomes within defined timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Lead project teams, coordinate resources, and communicate project status to stakeholders. Monitor and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth go-live Oversee different project phases to guarantee that the system implemented meets performance and functional requirements. Provide clear documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Degree in Management, Engineering, Economics or related fields. 5+ years of experience managing international and high complex IT projects Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Attitude to work in team in dynamic contests. Good familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Past experiences with Salesforce implementation projects is a very nice to have. PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred. Fluency in English
