The Global Employee Onboarding Team at SAP is dedicated to creating an inclusive, personalized, and engaging onboarding experience. Our mission is to empower new employees to succeed in their current roles and thrive in their future career growth. We achieve this by integrating SAP's DNA into a tailored, just-in-time onboarding experience powered by SAP solutions. We help them understand SAP's organizational structure, goals, and insights, and provide the tools they need to solve everyday problems and create successful careers at SAP. Summary & Role Information
We are seeking a Global Onboarding Specialist to join our team and support the following key areas:
Operations Execution (40%)
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires by providing operational support, including but not limited to:
- Adding courses in Success Maps Learning and reporting on course completion
- Engaging volunteers for expert sessions or networking sessions
- Ensuring correct Zoom links are used in all invitations
- Identifying and implementing simplified processes to enhance operational efficiency
Workshop Facilitation (40%)
- Co-facilitate onboarding sessions to create an exciting and engaging environment for new hires
- Collaborate with co-facilitators to drive audience engagement and comfortably interact with new hires
- Complete all pre-work and post-work alongside your facilitator
Technology Testing and Optimization (20%)
- Support the migration of processes and technical landscapes into the SuccessFactors Suite, including Workzone, Onboarding 2.0, Success Maps Learning, and others
- Serve as a process expert, identifying gaps in technology and initiating solutions to address challenges
Experience and Role Requirements
- Proven innovative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated workshop facilitation experience with a strong customer focus
- Excellent execution skills, showcasing operational excellence in planning, organizing, and communicating, with systematic working methods
- Natural team player with the ability to build strong work relationships in a virtual team environment
- Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken; additional languages would be beneficial
- Experience with SuccessFactors Suite or similar HR software is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom
- Strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
