As **Global Oncology Market Access Junior Project Manager VIE** in our Global Oncology Market Access and Pricing team, you’ll support the Global Oncology Market Access and Pricing Leads on a broad range of strategic projects and operational activities for various oncologic assets, and other team members for specific projects. The scope will include pre-launch planning/preparation for Sanofi's recently in-licensed radioligand therapy in GEP-NET, in addition to support for other pipeline programs, oncology access policy workstreams, operational and other department assignments, or Sarclisa pre-launch planning/preparation and launch implementation across LCM indications in addition to operational and other department assignments. We chase the miracles of science every single day, pursuing progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world. **Main responsibilities:** + Inform and shape strategies of prelaunch or inline products in scope with respect to market access and pricing relevant aspects. + Support the Global Market Access and Pricing Team Lead in development of relevant strategic deliverables for pipeline and prelaunch products, such as: + Treatment and payer landscape assessment. + Value proposition and value communication tools, negotiation guide, country training programs, etc. + Market access strategy development. + Pricing analysis. + Support local access, pricing and reimbursement activities as per global strategy including organizing and steering governance for internal approval of country price and access strategies in close collaboration with Pricing Center of Excellence. + Liaise with countries and other matrix partners e.g., HEVA, Clinical Development, NPP, Regulatory, Market Access and Pricing, Commercial, Regulatory, etc. for requests, queries, analyses and consolidated input. + Foster information sharing including best practices. + Coordination and management of monthly country calls, Tripod meetings, country communications, planning and facilitation of summits, training and workshops. **About you** **Experience:** + Minimum 1 year full time relevant professional experience including Market Access, Health Economics, Medical or Marketing. **Education:** + Master’s Degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Business, Health Economics, Policy or similar. **Technical and soft skills:** + Demonstrated analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and rigor. + Proactive, self-starting mindset and team player. + Strong organizational and project management skills. + Ability to interact with a variety of topics, scientific, medical and business. + Comfortable with managing uncertainty. + Business acumen including financial skills, customer focus, with balance of strategic thinking and implementation orientation. **Languages:** + Strong written and verbal English communication skills, strong presentation capabilities. **Why choose us?** iMove is a unique program tailored for European youth interested in challenging themselves with meaningful assignments across the globe.
