Job Description SummaryThe primary purpose of this position is to provide financial support and analysis to the Global Operations Finance leader to support the Global Operations organization, while working closely to support Lean Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Supply Chain teams. Accountable for providing operational analysis, trend analysis, and backup Site Finance Leader support when necessary. Responsible for helping execute enterprise level standardization of operations finance processes and analytics, driving continuous improvements, while leveraging modern tools (Oracle ERP, Power BI).

Responsible for supporting Global Operation finance tools and processes.

Executes continuous improvement in global operations finance processes for production sites, leveraging modern analytics tools, reporting (e.g. dashboards, continuous improvement tracking) and systems (Oracle ERP, CRM, Power BI, advanced Excel, Robotic Process Automation), with guidance from the Director Global Operations FinanceHelps support and maintain standardization and automation of Global Operations finance processes and reports for sites (e.g., budget, rolling forecast, site analytics, reporting, data elements).Global operations master data monitoring. (e.g. scrap, inventory costing, manufacturing variances)Works towards reducing non-value-added processes.May assist with financial material for communications with Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors and SEC filings

Education & Experience:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics.5-7 years of related experience is required.Experience within a manufacturing company with multi-facility responsibility preferredExperience within a lean manufacturing environment utilizing Lean Accounting a plus

Knowledge & Skills:

Understanding of GAAP accounting.Excellent data analysis skills, leveraging modern tools and concepts (Power BI/DAX, data models (dimensions/facts), advanced MS Excel – tables, power query/M, power pivot, advanced formulas), to facilitate development of commercial finance models. Working effectively with large sales datasets (retrieve, transform, report).Proficient knowledge and skill in ERP applications; Knowledge of Hyperion.Analytical thinking, modeling and forecast experience.Detailed analysis experience including comparisons to budget, forecast and prior year.Effective communication (clear and candid) and presentation skills.Able to work effectively across functional and reporting lines in accomplishing responsibilities.Up to 10% travel may be required.
