What the day will look like Strategic Leadership & Planning: Collaborate with the Online Benefits business leader and leadership team to develop and implement operational plans that align with the organization’s global objectives. Design, implement and optimize global operational frameworks and processes to ensure efficiency, scalability and alignment with Online Benefits goals.Lead and oversee critical initiatives to drive global improvements. Operational Oversight: Coordinate day-to-day global operations across all ABS functional areas including program management, system delivery and service delivery. Establish key performance indicators and metrics to track, measure and report the effectiveness of global operations via the Online Benefits operational governance committee and associated framework. Ensure operational excellence, continuous process improvement and the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Online Benefits financial leader to ensure financial objectives, budgets and forecasts are met globally Partner with the Online Benefits Technology Leader to drive digital transformation and innovation in operational processes, systems and tools Collaborate with the Online Benefits People Leader to ensure talent management, workforce planning and HR operations are aligned globally. Ensure alignment and communication across various departments and regional teams to foster alignment. Risk Management and Compliance: Lead all aspects of risk management efforts, ensuring all operational activities adhere to regulatory, legal and safety standards across different geographies. Implement effective governance structures to ensure compliance with local and international laws. Lead business continuity and crisis management plans to safeguard global operations. Performance Management: Lead global initiatives to optimize productivity, reduce costs and enhance profitability. Establish regular performance review processes and improvement plans for operational activities and functions globally. Benchmark operational performance against industry standards and competitors, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge. People Leadership: Lead, inspire and mentor a high performing global ONLINE BENEFITS operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability and collaboration. Build a diverse and inclusive workforce by identifying and developing key operational leaders across different regions. Skills and experience that will lead to success Global critical Thinking: ability to develop and implement operational strategies that support the global goals of the organization. Operational Excellence: Deep expertise in operational management, process improvement, and global supply chain optimization. Leadership and People Management: Proven leadership skills to manage and inspire a large, culturally diverse team across different time zones. Cross Functional Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with various business units and executives. Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical approach and ability to leverage data for operational and strategic decision-making. Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to work in a fats-paced, dynamic environment with constant changes in the global market. Domaine Knowledge: Experience in the human capital technology, benefits and/or insurance industry is a plus. Fluency in English as the global business language.
