About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Global Operations Manager, where you'll be at the forefront of managing global meeting operations for one of our prestigious clients! You'll collaborate with teams across North America, EMEIA, China, and APAC regions to ensure seamless execution and exceptional service. As a Global Operations Manager you will:

Oversee global meeting operations and dedicated staff across multiple locations. Achieve and exceed KPIs and profit targets through strong stakeholder relationships. Drive process enhancements and innovations to support client goals. Ensure compliance with operational and procurement standards across markets. Collaborate with clients to implement new technologies and processes.

 

You're Good At 

Excelling in operational management and having a knack for building relationships. Having a strategic mindset and a passion for continuous improvement. Developing and monitoring operational objectives for meeting programs. Implementing continuous process improvements and customizing procedures. Managing budgets and ensuring performance meets or exceeds targets. Leading and motivating teams while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Analyzing data to identify quality issues and drive corrective actions.

 

You Might Also Have  

A college degree and a minimum of ten years in the industry. Prior experience in operations management, especially in the meetings sector. Familiarity with meetings technology and staffing/forecasting processes. Strong proficiency in business English and various software tools. A willingness to travel domestically and internationally, up to 25%.

This role is virtual. Applicants local to Austin, TX or Cupertino, CA will be hybrid This role operates on Central Time (unless located near Cupertino, CA)

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Global Operations Manager  is between $75,000 - $135,000 The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
