What do you contribute?
Join our global, 300-strong HR Department (People & Organization, P&O), which develops the company and its employees with innovative strategies and tailor-made solutions.
Together with the Senior Global P&O Business Partner, you will be responsible for all strategic P&O topics for our Software Business Unit as well as several corporate functions.You will drive the development and implementation of the global P&O strategy for the business unit and work independently on tasks and projects.In cooperation with the business unit's management team, you will take the initiative in dealing with business-relevant P&O topics. You will develop solutions/concepts and implement them to support the further growth of the company.In addition, you will manage internal P&O interfaces - both to the global P&O expert teams and to the local P&O teams in the regions and in Germany - to ensure that topics are handled competentlyYou will prepare topics and documents for relevant business unit events, e.g. the discussion of succession planning or HR-relevant topics for town hall meetings.Also, you will work independently on specific topics, which we will be happy to discuss with you.What do you bring along?
You hold a Master's degree, e.g. in a business or social science subject.Moreover, you have longtime professional experience in the strategic and/or practical area of P&O.A background in a software business would make you our ideal candidate (f/m/d).You are interculturally competent and have ideally already gained international experience in assignments abroad.You impress us with a good feel for HR trends and enjoy breaking new ground and driving innovative topics forward.For your role at a global level, you have business fluent English skills.What do we offer you?
