The Partner Transaction Center (PTC) is a centralized team within Global Partner Revenue Operations (GPRO). The PTC team is responsible for the operational excellence of systems and processes used by Oracle’s indirect channel representatives and partners globally. Oracle’s partners are valuable as they help resell software, cloud and hardware products to end customers and their differentiated services combined with Oracle’s technology help enable our customers to achieve their business goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience with managing partner relationships, implementing business and strategic functions, managing operations with multiple stakeholders, process optimization and work towards enhancing customer experience.

Interpersonal Effectiveness  Exceptional communication (written and verbal) skill with the ability to work independently and as a team Manages conflict or other sensitive issues tactfully and effectively Actively collaborates with team members, understands the dynamics and supports flexibly Results/Detail Oriented Strong organizational and problem solving skills with great attention to detail, including the capability to understand functional/technical specifications of the process Seeks opportunities to improve process and offer suitable solutions Constantly reviews performance with senior management to identify areas of development Adaptability  Able to pick up and assimilate relevant information quickly and easily Can think on their feet in rapidly changing environment and deliver ideal results.  Ability to gather process guidelines and deliver tasks independently Customer Centric Identify and prioritize partner needs and constraints.  Focus on improving stakeholder experience by understanding their needs and executing pertinent results Adopts professional approach to partners, acts reliable and delivers results accordingly Experience  work experience in customer centric role  Experience working in an operational role, especially managing third party relationships is a plus
