Global Partner Sales Executive

The Global Commercial team is looking for a Partner Sales Executive focused on leading strategic partner led initiatives resulting in double digit growth in our commercial partner business. In this role, you will work closely with our Commercial and Partner Ecosystem teams to drive strategic initiatives that will accelerate growth for the company. You will work closely with our Practice Accelerator and commercial focused partners driving globally consistent partner led customer success practices to ensure customer lifecycle success. You will be responsible for understanding our regional ecosystem Practice Accelerator and Commercial Focus Partners and how they connect to key commercial and ecosystem strategies. You will collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to grow and develop the partnering and customer success skills . You will work closely with our Global Commercial sales organization and Commercial stakeholders around the world to align on key strategies and deliverables to drive toward a more engaged field alignment model. As a Global Partner Sales Executive, you will work closely with the Ecosystem and Commercial Marketing teams ensuring we are driving alignment and focus for the Commercial pipeline with our strategic partners. You will collaborate with Regional Commercial Partner Sales Executives to ensure global programs are being leveraged and executed. You will work to ensure consensus with Geo leadership (both Commercial and Ecosystem) on Commercial GTM strategies that foster a partner led selling environment . You will create global strategies and programs to drive Commercial business through various ecosystem routes to market. You will measure the success of partner and customer lifecycle management and the strategic initiatives that are executed through KPI’s.  

What you will do:

Launch a commercial  partner led customer success model. 

Strategize with the Commercial and Ecosystem counterparts to determine initiatives to drive partner led selling.  

Build excellent relationships with the Global and Geo Partner Ecosystem teams to align and deliver on strategic Commercial goals.

Build relationships with Red Hat global experts to keep up to date on Red Hat’s vision of the future software landscape and partner value propositions. 

Identify commercial industry and ecosystem trends to ensure proper strategic alignment.

Lead strategic current partner led commercial/ecosystem initiatives.   

Travel globally as required

What you will bring:

15+ years of combined experience in customer/partner success, commercial  sales, business development, or partner management

10+ years of experience working in a partner organization ideally in a sales capacity

Experience and proven track record of leading customer success teams     

Excellent cross-functional communication and consultative selling skills

Excellent project and program management skills

Excellent knowledge of IT trends in the commercial segment

Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred; MBA is a plus

The salary range for this position is $182,240.00 - $300,720.00 (inclusive of base pay + target incentive compensation). Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Pay Transparency

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
