In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Create Spare Parts Interchangeability Record (SPIR) for projects requested by the Global Project Management and Sales Team. Coordinate with various Project Management teams to collect project-related and spare parts-related data. Communicate with World Area Pricing and Factory teams. Provide final SPIR/ Parts Quote with complete pricing and delivery. Share the Spare parts knowledge with the team via presentations. Provide support on parts revisions from Project Management / Sales teams. Participate in Global Parts Leader Meetings Make a consolidated Excel summary if requested by the customer. Make revised offers as and when required due to changes in specification by the customer. Maintain the record of work done.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Daily interactions with the WA Sales Office, LBPs, and other internal teams. Presentation skills needed for conducting training and providing project status updates. Knowledge on Fisher products and accessories would be a plus. Good understanding of product specifications and Incoterms Develop and present innovative technical solutions for critical applications. Has knowledge on sizing valves for industry applications. Optimizes work processes and improves performance metrics. Awareness of other Emerson products & Good knowledge of Inactive/obsolete/Competitor products Focus on meeting customer expectations in all activities to ensure their loyalty. This position reports to the Part Leaders of the AP/NA/EU/MEA Parts teams. A good relationship with team members to share the workload as and when needed.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Degree in Mechanical/Instrumentation/Chemical/Metallurgical Engineering. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to pitch the solution for applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ready to take up any new challenges. Demonstrates consistency in meeting deadlines and follows schedules and procedures. Identifies problems and causes, analyses, and generates best alternative solutions. Highly motivated, a self-starter, and able to prioritize work based on customer needs. Adequate skill in using the FF2, FLEx and OASIS tool.
