As a Quality Analyst within Global Payments, you will be responsible for conducting activities that ensure processes meet defined standards across supported teams related to Payments Operations, inclusive of Fraud, Settlements, Disputes/Claims, etc). You will also analyze results to identify trends/themes and collaborate with business partners to drive solutions to issues. You must have strong analytical skills, the ability to prioritize / manage time and a willingness to tackle new and difficult challenges. In addition, you should have some level of understanding of banking/operations systems, and experience working on small project(s).
Job Responsibilities
Perform quality assessments to ensure accuracy and adherence to Standard Operating ProceduresEnter quality reviews into ACES (Automated Compliance Evaluation System) for tracking and reportingEffectively drive remediation of issues by engaging appropriate resources to mitigate risk with a sense of urgencyClearly articulate key findings to Client Operations business partners and senior leaders.Provide feedback to business partners on interpretation of quality performance metrics Collaborate with fellow Quality Analysts to determine best practicesClosely partner with management to escalate issues according to established escalation protocolsIdentify gaps in the quality assessments and present continuous improvement plans to management for future assessmentsKeep abreast of current regulatory requirements applicable to responsibilitiesParticipate and/or take the lead in quality automation projectsProvide regular reporting and metrics to the LOB to detail quality results.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
at least 3 years of experience in Financial Services, Risk Management, or Wholesale PaymentsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, Alteryx, UI Path, and LLMAbility to execute sound qualitative and quantitative analysis and draw salient conclusionsAbility to review documentation and provide summary overviews and trending analysis for internal and external audiencesMust demonstrate critical thinking skills, solve problems creatively, meet deadlines, as well as demonstrate strong sense of personal accountabilityControl focused to ensure output meets audit requirementsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
