What You'll Be Doing - The Day to Day 

ESO is seeking a payroll professional to drive multinational process improvements and help build a best-in-class function. Reporting to the Payroll Manager and working with a team of professionals worldwide, the Global Payroll Specialist will help certify the accuracy and timely execution of payroll processes. An individual who is highly organized and can prioritize among diverse and competing tasks in a fast-paced will do well in this role.

Process bi-monthly and monthly payroll timely and accurately across multiple countries Research and resolve technical payroll issues Report payroll earnings to various local and state agencies Prepare timely and accurate Form W-2s and other local statutory payroll forms and filings Prepare and upload payroll journal entries into financial system Track benefit enrollments and deductions Collaborate closely with People Operations and People Benefits teams Maintain payroll records

Who You Are – The Essentials

Demonstrated knowledge of payroll processing techniques, procedures, calculations Demonstrated familiarity and experience in the use of computer and commonly used software including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency in payroll processing applications and software High level of skill at building relationships within the organization Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask Excellent verbal and written communication skills
