As Global People Development Manager you will be the go-to-person for people and organizational development at the business segment Industrial Quality and Research (IQR) at ZEISS.

Your role
Be responsible for creating, adapting and implementing concepts and programs in people and organizational development for IQR worldwide – jointly with the HR colleagues and all business leaders globally
Unlock the business's talent pipeline by supporting leaders in identifying and developing talents on different levels
Conduct and moderate talent committees, suport leaders and HR Business Managers in indentifying skills gaps, career paths, and creating meaningful development plans embracing and further developing all methods of learning and development delivery
Drive organizational development , including (but not limited to) re-structuring and re-organization projects, in coordination with both global and local management and HR BMs. Including, but not limited to, identification of competencies, competency gaps, and development plans for organizational units and individual people to bridge those gaps
Assume responsibility for people and organizational development in M&A activities, including due diligence and post-merger integration phases
Coordinate all activities relating to people and organizational development within IQR worldwide, in close cooperation with national and local HRBMs
Creating and delivering ongoing leadership and employee coaching for growth and professional development
Drive and support development initiatives for designated talents and high performers in coordination with HR Segment Head
Develop, implement and support global initiatives to drive Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging
Your profile
Master’s degree in Business, HR Management, Psychology or equivalent
Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience working in relevant fields such as strategic HR, people development, organizational development, talent attraction, change management or consulting in an international context
Strong business, HR and/or people development background
High level of expertise in the creation and implementation of business-oriented (global) concepts
Track record in DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) programs and initiatives
Excellent project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
