Global Physical Security & Executive Protection Head
The Global Physical Security & Executive Protection Head is responsible for leading, developing and implementing security protocols and procedures by providing strategic vision and direction in critical security aspects for the organization. Reporting into the Head of Global Corporate Services, this role leads a team of security professionals responsible for the safety of our associates. The Head of Global Security & Executive Protection will also oversee directly the physical security operations at the primary corporate office locations; and is responsible for the comprehensive plan and assessments designed to safeguard the safety of the company's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) from potential threats, including physical harm, harassment, or other dangers, taking preventive measures to mitigate risks due to the high-level position within the company.

2025-02-05Base Pay Range: $153,800/yr. - $210,000/yr.Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
