About the role 

Penfolds is embarking on an exciting journey to deliver Project Odyssey—a significant multi-year and multi-regional investment pipeline focused on creating iconic Penfolds Destinations. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, Penfolds, this role will lead the Global Project Management Office (PMO) to oversee the successful delivery of this strategic initiative.

Develop and implement best-in-class project delivery systems, processes, and tools for Penfolds globally. Manage project team structures, resource allocation, and ways of working across initiatives. Oversee end-to-end delivery of Project Odyssey, including task scheduling, running steercos, resource planning, and risk management Align and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions and multiple functions to drive successful project execution. Manage reporting, budget oversight, and change management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

 

About you 

You are an experienced and driven PMO professional with a proven track record of leading complex, high-impact projects. With strong commercial acumen and exceptional communication skills, you thrive in dynamic environments and bring a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Relevant experience in senior PMO or change management roles, ideally with global exposure. Expertise in project management systems (e.g., Smartsheets or Wrike). Exceptional communication and influencing skills for engaging diverse stakeholders. Strong financial acumen and ability to assess the broader impact of decisions. Highly organised, adaptable, and skilled at managing competing priorities effectively.
