The Global Practice Leader Property Risk Control is responsible for driving global revenue growth, delivering positive financial outcomes, and implementing strategies to enhance the Property Risk Control practice. What the day will look like Business / Financial Leadership Drive global revenue growth for Property Risk Control, exceeding overall AGRC revenue growth Implement strategies to drive PTI margin, working alongside Regional AGRC leadership Maximize the use of ABS, improve global use of Krakow, and engage in AI use cases Standardize fees and articulate value globally Client Leadership Act as the senior-level strategist on the firm's largest and most complex risk engineering engagements Mitigate risks associated with portfolio or specific engagements Improve penetration of Property Risk Control services in the Enterprise Client Group Ensure a well-defined footprint and book of business in every AGRC region Ensure a common value proposition, standards, tools, and consulting methodologies across the practice Drive the innovation agenda, including the refresh and relaunch of Property 360 Lead major strategic partnership People Leadership Build a global community of Property Risk Control professionals, encouraging cross-border networking and collaboration Futureproof the practice by reimagining areas of the business and focusing on alternative delivery/staffing models Oversee successful partnerships with other relevant AGRC and Aon teams Contribute to the Bridge Board as a global subject matter expert How this opportunity is different This is an opportunity to engage as a senior-level strategist on complex risk engineering engagements, ensuring a well-defined footprint in every AGRC region, and driving innovation within the practice. Skills and experience that will lead to success Ability to work with a team of global professionals, collaborating to meet client needs Establish rapport and maintain positive working relationship with clients and colleagues Adhere to established Best Practices and make recommendations for improvement, when appropriate Experience driving global revenue growth & implementing strategies to drive PTI margin Maximizing technology platform use Ability to think strategically to mitigate risk Develop strategic client plans and associated budgets Interact with other Aon teams Minimum qualifications and requirements Experience in building a global community of Property Risk Control professionals, encouraging cross-border networking and collaboration, and overseeing successful partnerships with other relevant teams Maintain knowledge/skills as an insurance professional and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluent in Microsoft office suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience. Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $250,000 to $300,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
