What You'll Do
To further support the growth and development of BCG’s business-marketing capabilities, we are looking for a Global Practices Marketing Co-op to join our team. The Global Practices Marketing Co-op will team across the Practice Areas (PA) Marketing Organization to help execute priority projects within BCG’s marketing agenda such as social media, events, internal and external communications, and performance measurement / analytics. Other responsibilities will include coordinating internal meetings, creating and maintaining resources for internal stakeholders, and working closely with the Global Practices Marketing team on other of ad hoc priority projects that support our Global, Regional, and Local Marketing community (“ONE Marketing”).
YOU'RE GOOD AT
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated passion for marketing, communications, and analytics. They will have excellent attention to detail, project and time management skills, and a strong sense of accountability and autonomy (including comfort working remotely as needed). They must be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and feel comfortable working on multiple projects and reporting to varying seniority levels simultaneously.

Must be an undergraduate student currently enrolled in Northeastern University and approved by the university to participate in the 2025 co-op cycleMust be able to work full-time (40 hours/week) throughout the minimum duration of the internshipMust be authorized to work in the United StatesExcellent writing and verbal communication skillsStrong time management and project management skillsExperience with social media channels and analytics, particularly LinkedInPotential majors/minors may include (but are not limited to): Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Marketing Research & Analytics, International Business, AdvertisingWho You'll Work With
You will work closely with the Global Practices Marketing Team and throughout the PA Marketing cohort. We’ll also expect your regular engagement with BCG’s “ONE Marketing team” and other Global, Regional & Local Marketers as BCG continues to enhance and expand its marketing operating model and programming.
