The Global Pricing Specialist for Cytiva is responsible for executing and improving processes critical to the attainment of the business unit pricing objective. These include aligning with the Equipment Services Global Pricing Leader on pricing strategy, collecting price changes from across the business unit, executing required pricing changes in coordination with the Cytiva Global Pricing team, and communicating these processes and reporting results across the business unit. Specifically, this role will support both the Equipment Services and Process Design and Validation Services business units at Cytiva. The successful candidate will also drive pricing process efficiency drive through effective use of Danaher Business System tools. This position is part of the Equipment Services business unit and will report into the Equipment Services Commercial Excellence Director. What you will do: + Work with the Equipment Services Global Pricing Leader on required pricing changes to make in alignment with business price strategy + Coordinate pricing processes including, but not limited to, collection of pricing change requests from regional and global teams, submission of pricing changes to the Cytiva Global Pricing Organization, and verification of price change execution + Report out to business stakeholders on key events in the pricing cycle and price attainment results + Improve processes within the accountability of the role through use of the Danaher Business System toolkit + Work in Excel performing data extracts and data analysis for global services business. Who you are: + Bachelor’s degree or higher + No prior experience required + Highly reliable professional who can independently manage process execution + Demonstrated experience in process improvement + Proven ability to build relationships with and communicate effectively to cross functional stakeholder groups It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + Use of a Danaher Business Systems commercial tool such as Transactional Process Improvement or the Problem Solving Process + Proven data analysis experience with pricing methodology and/or pricing processes + Experience in organizational communication + Experience creating power BI dashboards This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
