Job Description:
We’re looking for a Global Privacy Vendor Risk Senior Specialist to join our team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to receive procurement and VISM privacy review requests for vendors via the Global Privacy Office inbox and conducts initial intake privacy review. May deploy privacy impact assessments (if applicable to the country impacted).

Key Responsibilities:
Developing a process for how the Canada Privacy Compliance team interacts with RCM Testing team, including Privacy involvement in developing and executing privacy testing.
Defining clear role, responsibilities, goals and objectives of monitoring activities.
Review completed Privacy Impact Assessments and provide challenge (as appropriate and based on guardrails provided by Segment teams).
Work with segment privacy teams to establish review guidance, processes, including turnaround times.
Provide general support to the privacy risk management program as required including the administrative tasks such as coordinating / responding to ad hoc requests.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of related financial services, compliance and privacy.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably related to business management, accountancy, finance, internal audit.
With project management experience.
Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in english.
Ability to interact with roles from different geographies and at all levels across the organization.
Ability to interpret and present technical information to multiple stakeholders with strong negotiating, influencing, and relationship building skills.
Ability to represent business internally within the company.
