About the jobGlobal Process Expert – Customer Master Data Pricing & Commercial Conditions Administration acts the core model guardian in the coordination of activities to ensure best and harmonized practices are adopted by all Local /Regional/Hubs teams. He/She drives change management and embarks the impacted people to secure adoption and relevancy of the Core model evolution, identifies risks and discrepancies and develops adequate actions plans to mitigate them, recommends improvements, and monitors till implementation.
Main responsibilitiesCore modelContribute to the Design, development, maintenance, simplification, optimization, and improvement of core model processes in collaboration with regional leads/Hubs and Customer Master Data Global Process LeadContributes to improve service to customers through the proper maintenance of commercial conditions and pricing master data and customer attributes (customer group, customer hierarchy, …)Responsible to build strong partnership with Global and Regional Trade & revenue management teams to ensure a deep level of Commercial policy understanding and consistent commercial terms framework implementable in the different systemsResponsible to develop and to implement internal controls to ensure that the terms of the contract is well approved in the commercial policy frameworkExecution and monitoring of the credit note issuance of settlement request for off invoice contract (including API Trade marketing service invoices and chargeback process)Processes in Customer Master Data management area include:Customer creation and maintenanceMaintenance of approved gross price list in the system based on the commercial policy templateMaintenance of On and Off invoice contracts including payment termsCreate Settlement Request for off-invoice contract and monitor the process of the credit note creation, Trade marketing service invoice issuance and Chargeback processManage request for contract modifications according to commercial policies agreementMaintenance of the transactional Master Data influencing the order process (transportation group, rounding, …)The Core Model mainly comprises processes, technology landscape, RACI, interaction model business rules and KPI’sCollaborate on the change definition in policies and procedures supporting optimized and standard processesCore model adherence/auditBuild and maintain stakeholder relationships across all geographies and drive standardization of processesLead the preparation, conduct, and follow-up audit across all geographies the core model adherenceReview and discuss and support in approval of exceptions to the Core Model with the regionsUtilize dashboards and other enhanced visualization capabilities to illustrate historical trends and document and report detailed observations, instances of non-compliance and improvement opportunitiesGlobal projects and initiativesEnsure iO2C Core Model components are well understood to perform an effective implementationDeliver projects across all regions, notably technologies implementationOwn the business case for the relevant project incl. its implementation impact within iO2C P&LSupport neighbouring functions projects & other global initiatives impacting the Service LineAbout youExperience5 to 10 years of process knowledge of Pricing, Contract management and Customer Master Data Pricing & Commercial conditions processes and contracting tools relatedDeep knowledge in Commercial policy, Trade agreement On and Off invoice, Tender Management, Pricing policy and maintenance, GtN allocation, Accrual management and Settlement (essential)Strong understanding of the overall Order to Cash and Supply Chain E2E processes Good knowledge of pharma business commercials, Trade Environment, Finance & business modellingSoft skillsEffective collaboration skills with peers, stakeholders and partners across the organizationAbility to develop high-quality presentationsStrong customer orientationStrong Networking & communication skillsPositive, open-minded, customer centric and problem-solving attitude
