**Job Title:** Process Manager, Global PMO

**Global PMO**
The goal of the Global PMO is to ensure our solutions and services deployment for new and existing customers are completed on-time, efficiently and successfully. This new team is a global center of excellence for best practices and execution, ensuring highest customer satisfaction.
The Global PMO is located within the Customer Services Management (CSM) team. The CSM team plays a critical role within NCR Atleos, with responsibility for service management, ATM as a Service and managed services operations.
**Position Summary**
The Global Process Manager reports to the Global Process Management Leader and has overall responsibility to drive best practices and consistency across all customer-facing projects. This role involves managing a centralized team, implementing global best practices and the intake of projects globally. The ideal candidate will be a leader with experience in process management management.
**Leadership and Management:**
+ Leads activities to drive adoption of new process and procedures within the Global PMO.
+ Build relationships with a range of diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization to support the Global PMO strategy.
+ Foster a culture of ownership and high performance through effective leadership, mentorship, and development of the team.
+ Provide clear direction on goals and behaviors and standards of performance. Monitor and provide regular feedback to ensure that the team and individuals are on track.
**Operational Excellence & Performance Management:**
+ Drive process improvement, efficiency, and innovation throughout the PMO
+ Develop and manage intake process to evaluate customer projects coming through the PMO and determine the level of PM support required.
+ Implement improved processes and continuous improvement initiatives across the Global PMO, with focus on customer experience, streamlined procedures and faster time to deploy.
+ Manage the repository for standard global documentation and keep documentation current and up to date.
+ Create documentation of processes and improvements
+ Identify and implement ways to improve processes
+ Develop project evaluation metrics with focus on continuous improvement.
+ Track, monitor and report financial performance against the plan, manage the outlook and identify and mitigate risks.
**Global Collaboration and Partnership:**
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key functional partners across NCR Atleos to drive collaboration and alignment.
+ Develop and maintain governance and joint processes with other key functions in NCR Atleos
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ 5 + years of process management experience in the Banking/Software industry, ideally in international companies.
+ Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or finance, plus extensive business management experience to include Project Management, Services, Operations, and complex Program Management.
+ Track record of delivering transformational change.
+ Able to demonstrate prior experience of establishing and rolling out new cross-functional processes.
+ Demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
+ Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable strategies.
+ Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence outcomes with strong negotiation, written and oral communication skills.
+ Passionate about innovation, technology and driving positive customer experience.
+ Must be self-motivated, creative and can work closely in a team environment with other departments and individuals at all levels in the organization.
+ A proven ability to lead diverse teams through change.
+ Capability to inspire and drive performance across global teams.
+ Ability to craft and articulate the PMO strategic vision both internally and externally, enhancing visibility and influence.
+ Travelling may be required
