Responsibilities What will you contribute? Finastra is currently seeking a Global Process owner and Benefits Delivery Manager, this as a superb opportunity into a stretching and career enhancing role. You will have a team of five and report to Director, Global Benefits and Mobility. Responsibilities & Deliverables: Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following: •End to end process design and automation ensuring the effectiveness of benefits delivery across organization •Continuous improvement to improve quality and efficiency of delivery including benefits education in countries, improvement of self serve through analysis of trends, data and •Lead team of benefits consultants providing Tier 1-3 benefits management including resolution of complex cases relating to benefits in all countries of operation who have to follow processes but also make judgement calls and investigate cases (3rd line activity) •Managing the benefits budget delivery ($70m – 10% of total People Cost) – tracking the end to end purchase placement & fulfilment (reconciling order & invoices) – including annual forecasting and alignment with finance MTP •Supplier analysis to improve quality of delivery •Metrics and Reporting, develop and track key performance indicators to measure the success and improve productivity •Benefits Education: Own manager and leader education presenting to PLG and SLT & AMA in countries Required Experience: • Six years experience in managing Global Benefits • Six years experience Continuous Improvement • Five years experience in managing teams (focus on productivity, reporting key performance and analysis) • Five years experience in managing budgets
