Job Description:
Global Process Owner - Order to CashAs the Global Process Owner, you will drive the global strategy for the Order to Cash process, aiming to standardize processes, increase efficiency, and ensure accuracy. You’ll define enterprise-wide standards, establish key metrics, and manage global transformation efforts. You’ll manage a team of Associates, collaborating with Mars Global Services Finance (MGSF), outsourcing providers, and Mars segments. You will hold a strategic nature, necessitating thought leadership and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
What are we looking for?Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance or professional certification (CA/CPA); master's degree preferred or relevant experience.Extensive experience in accounting/finance, particularly in Order to Cash processes; Global Process Owner experience is a plus.Experience in Shared Services and/or Business Process Outsourcing, with global and regional knowledge.Hands-on experience with SAP Finance and SAP S/4HANA implementation.Familiarity with Order to Cash tools like High Radius and Trade Promotion.
