Global Process Owner - Order to Cash 

As the Global Process Owner, you will drive the global strategy for the Order to Cash process, aiming to standardize processes, increase efficiency, and ensure accuracy. You’ll define enterprise-wide standards, establish key metrics, and manage global transformation efforts. You’ll manage a team of Associates, collaborating with Mars Global Services Finance (MGSF), outsourcing providers, and Mars segments. You will hold a strategic nature, necessitating thought leadership and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance or professional certification (CA/CPA); master's degree preferred or relevant experience.Extensive experience in accounting/finance, particularly in Order to Cash processes; Global Process Owner experience is a plus.Experience in Shared Services and/or Business Process Outsourcing, with global and regional knowledge.Hands-on experience with SAP Finance and SAP S/4HANA implementation.Familiarity with Order to Cash tools like High Radius and Trade Promotion. Management; proven success in leading transformational programs and managing global teams.

What will be your key responsibilities?Execute global strategy, process design, and implementation of digital, re-engineering, and innovation projects within Order to Cash.Collaborate with leadership teams to decide on delivery models, including Business Process Outsourcing versus captive sourcing.Identify, strategize, and implement transformation projects to achieve objectives.Define and maintain Order to Cash process and control standards, including automated controls based on Internal Controls Excellence.Drive process standardization across geographies, managing customizations and overseeing implementation with indirect teams.
