As the Global Buyer Packaging is responsible for a packaging categories of ~ 70 M€ spend depending on the categories, for developing and implementing best-in-class sourcing strategies and leading sourcing activities across all business units at global level.
This includes activities such as, but not limited to, partnering with the internal business teams to support their objectives, assist with building project scopes, consolidate all business needs and specification, conduct Global Request for Proposal (RFP), negotiate contract with suppliers, rate cards / discount schedules, and manage overall relationships with key suppliers.
The scope of this position is global and for all entities of Sanofi Group.

Main responsibilities:
Process Analysis & Documentation:
Analyze and identify inefficiencies in existing S2P processes, assist in defining and scoping S2P sub-processes, and promote standardized ways of working.Support Core Model deployment, monitor gaps, collect and analyze data for process performance, and propose changes to improve compliance, efficiency, and user experience.Contribute to updating process documentation (e.g. DML) and assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.Technology / Solution:
Provide user support for digital solutions (e.g. Coupa CLM) and propose process/technology standards for end-to-end processes, for review by the Global Process Lead.Identify market trends and best practices, and recommend improvements to enhance solution usage, user experience, and automation as part of continuous improvement.Continuous Improvement Management:
Assist in executing core model improvement initiatives, manage project timelines, risks, issues, and ensure continuous improvement processes are followed.Contribute to KPI/DQI/metrics definition, support implementation, monitor performance, and inform stakeholders about process changes and benefits.About youExperience:
Proven experience (5+ year) in Source-to-Pay or Contracting process ownership role.Soft skills:
Demonstrated experience in process optimization, standardization, and change management.Additional certifications in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) are an advantage.Strong understanding of S2P processes at scale in a global context.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.Effective communicator with the ability to influence to drive adoption of standardized S2P processes.Experience in implementing source-to-pay technology solutions (e.g. Contract Lifecycle Management tool).International experience working with diverse cultures and global teams.Education:
Bachelor’s or similar degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Contracting or a related field.Languages:
