Overview The PepsiCo Global Procurement Can Sheet Category Team is responsible for the end-to-end management of $1.1B annual spend for North America. Aluminum Can Sheet is a critical raw material for our beverage business, volatile in price and central to our Growth and Sustainability strategies. The team develops, implements, and manages short- and long-term sourcing strategies for Can Sheet to support our aluminum beverage can supply chain. It requires excellent knowledge of market forces, risk management, supply chain and strong coordination with internal and external business partners. Responsibilities The Analyst will be integral to the process for procurement of can sheet for all North America. Will maintain key relationships with PepsiCo’s sheet supplier and can maker external business partners as the primary contact for day-to-day supply chain transactions and issue resolution. In addition, the Analyst will be the SAP subject matter expert for the Can Sheet category. Accountabilities include: Maintain SAP master data for the Can Sheet Category (contracts, source lists, purchase orders, vendor masters, materials, pricing conditions, etc…) to ensure accuracy of transactions and no service disruptions. Monitor daily SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) transactional processes and resolve issues in a timely manner. Research and resolve Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) discrepancies including account ageing, pricing discrepancies, invoice payment issues. Support manager with claims process for product returns, quality issues, and Heads & Tails credits. Analyst to support global commodity market research and reporting, including weekly PEC summaries on global Aluminum & Premium market movements. Support global Commodity Risk Management analysis and reporting processes for the Global CRM Committee. Support manager with monthly financial reconciliations and cash flow forecasting. Assist manager with operational and financial controls including SOX requirements. Actively pursue opportunities for process improvements and digitalization to increase efficiency. This role reports into the Global Procurement Can Sheet Category Manager. Compensation and Benefits The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,000 - $110,550. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications Minimum of BA/BS Degree level or equivalent in Procurement, Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain, Business and/or related field Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze information to draw conclusions and find actionable solutions. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. SAP experience. Excellent communication skills.
