Due to internal movement, we have an exciting new role in Kerry as a Global Procurement Finance Accountant. In this role, you will collaborate with our global and regional Procurement teams to drive business growth and manage costs. Your responsibilities will include developing FP&A insights, ensuring timely and accurate information delivery, and providing performance and forward-focused insights to support effective decision-making. You will also deliver world-class financial reports and analysis, and support key global functional excellence projects.
This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week onsite in our Naas offices.
What will I be doing?Manage monthly reporting cycles for procurement spend, cost saving and supplier performance. Coordinate Bi-monthly projection cycle and provide insights on commodity markets and coverage positions. Ensure Data integrity across procurement and finance systems. Perform variance analysis between actuals budget and forecasts, highlighting key drivers and trends. Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve data accuracy. Support procurement managers with spend analysis and supplier benchmarking. Provide financial data for procurement negotiations and supplier performance reviews. What do I need to be successful?

These include:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA). Experience as a finance lead/accountant in a manufacturing site highly desirable. Background in FP&A with experience in budgeting, forecasting & improving global business processes an advantage. Demonstrated ability to provide insightful commentary on business performance and support decision-making. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools. Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
