What you’ll do

As a Global Category Manager, Mobile Deployment, you will be at the forefront of defining and implementing the procurement strategy for the Mobile Deployment Services category within our Supply Chain Management (SCM) Network Access team. You will lead commercial and contractual negotiations for Mobile Deployment Services projects, with a primary focus on the Standardization Program across Vodafone markets. Your role involves managing relationships with both global and local stakeholders, as well as relevant suppliers. You will be responsible for delivering optimal cost of ownership, achieving savings, and meeting Central Management Spend (CMS) targets, all while ensuring the successful delivery of projects in line with our strategy. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Operations team to ensure the accurate implementation of purchasing catalogues across Vodafone markets.

Who you are Analytical Skills: Proven expertise in data research, creating trends, and identifying anomalies in data sets, showcasing your analytical prowess.Business Acumen: Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics, practices, and trends, enabling you to make informed decisions.Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate and influence diverse teams.Adaptability: Ability to thrive in an international and functional matrix environment, managing ambiguity with ease and adaptability.Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal English language skills, with proficiency in additional languages being a valuable asset.Team Collaboration: A collaborative team player with a growth mindset, eager to learn.Education OR Experience: A higher degree in Engineering or IT is preferred, demonstrating your technical expertise and commitment to continuous learning, or equivalent experience in a related field.Not a perfect fit?
