Responsibilities Job Opportunity: Global Procurement Sr. Analyst – Mexico City About the Role This role ensures proper user access and supplier enablement within the procurement system. You will manage user role assignments while maintaining compliance and oversee supplier classification during onboarding, updates, and data analysis. Additionally, you will keep procurement category cards updated for users and buyers. Key Responsibilities Supplier Classification & Enablement: Approve classifications, onboard suppliers, and ensure proper integration into procurement systems. User Access Management: Assign and manage roles for requesters, approvers, and receivers, ensuring compliance with access policies. Process Optimization: Standardize and improve supplier and user enablement processes across multiple markets. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure efficient supplier onboarding and catalog integration. Technology & Compliance Oversight: Manage system integrations, monitor compliance risks, and implement necessary controls. Training & Support: Develop onboarding and training programs for suppliers and users to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Key Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced English proficiency is a must. At least 2 years of relevant experience in procurement, supplier enablement, or business processes. Soft skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Proficiency in technology applications and business processes. Results-oriented mindset.
